Outside the Lines - Creative Concept

I came up with this concept because of my Christian roots. The idea came from wanting people to think more than just accepting what is in the bible. Drawing a bit more outside the lines, then just staying inside the lines and not daring to think further than that. To challenge this perception I created overlays for regular pictures of men and what they are allowed to do within the church. Once the overlay is over the picture this perception changes because of gender, sexuality or appearance. With this the idea is to challenge viewer to think about why that is and even start a conversation.
